[TUT] How to Gameshare on Xbox One (DLC Included) [TUT] - Cloudy - Jan 28, 2014

Hello HF Gamers, I'm going to show you guys how to share games on Xbox One.
 

I'm not sure how many people actually know how to do this so I figured I would make a thread on how to exactly and how to get DLC along with it.

1. Your friend gives you his account information with the games that you want, bought from the Xbox Marketplace. You download his account and verify security proofs and what not.

2. Once you're on his account with the games, you go to "Settings", and then scroll down the left side until you see "My home Xbox". You then press that and it should ask you to set that accounts Home Xbox to yours. Press "Make this my Home Xbox".

3. Once you've done that you can then sign out of your friends account and let him back on his account. You should then go to "My Games & Apps" on your account and then scroll all the way to the right and you should see whatever games he had bought with a little Cloud at the top right hand corner. Just simply press on the games you want to download and then hit Install.

4. To install DLC, like Battlefield Premium or Ghosts Season Pass, all you have to do is once you've done the steps above simply just go into the Xbox Store and look for the game with the DLC. Once you find it in the store scroll to the right until you see "Add-Ons", instead of saying "Buy" it should just say "Install". Just press Install and wait for it to download.

Also, I forgot to add. Any games that they buy after you've done this, you will also have those games.

I don't not take responsibility if anyone gets their account stolen from an untrustworthy person while doing this. Do this at your own risk with people you trust.

I've been wondering as I have not yet gotten the One yet.

What if (however many months later) the accounts "Home Xbox" is changed again, would previous consoles still be able to access the game and DLC or is it lost when the accounts "home" changes?

Yes, I believe you can do this 3 times a year. So three consoles can have this. That's what I've heard.

Wrong. If someone else clicks My home Xbox on their Xbox one, the games downloaded on the Xbox you License transferred originally would not work. You can only have 1 home xbox at a time, and you can only License transfer 3 times per year.

Actually, that's wrong.

Vinnie and myself used someone else's account to get Battlefield and AC4.

We both still have the games.

If anybody would be willing to help me get anything for the One I'll be willing to pay for whoever can help me I don't really now anybody that has the xbox one who I can trust but I trust the online community of HF more because they actually help for a little cost or free:P

THANK YOU for this! My friend and I were wondering about this. Once the game has been downloaded to your HD and the original owners gamertag has been removed will the games you downloaded let you play online?
