well the strength will vary depending on the bandwidth rates of the specific servers, they are all private though so there won't be others using them. I wont sell the same shell to two different people.

I can vouch for this, he's sold me some good quality shells, and they're worth the price!
Update: Thius user is legitimate, I've bought a total of all 12, if I had a defective one he replaced it, I recommend this buy, it's worth the money!
