I searched the rules and didn't see anything on buying and selling accounts, but I still feel like there's a rule I'm missing.
I just want to be sure.

Apparently it's ok to buy "OG" Gmails but asking to buy random bulk Gmails falls under dumps.
Dumps / Combo Lists
Providing accounts that don't belong to you, whether in trades, for sale, or free, dumps are not allowed. The definition of a dump is a file with logins, passwords, personal details or emails. We do define "combo lists" as dumps as well.

This is correct exactly. Account trades are allowed, but not illegitimate bulk transfers.

Okay shit, that's what I need. Just a handful of random gmail, yahoo, and outlook accounts.
I might just have to make them then.

It would be allowed I guess as far as there is no paid subscription like in case of netflix/xbox etc. New rule is applicable on such paid accounts. Although, combo lists are not allowed.
