1- Go to : Configuration -> Thread Prefix
2- Click on Add New Thread Prefix
3- Fill in fields with the following info:

This is indeed a nice tutorial for I am pretty sure 75% of mybb users would not be knowing it (I am excluded :D, MyBB SQA). I wonder why people have not replied.

I am unsure, really. I agree that it is a nice way to stand out from others yet not a lot of people do it.
