Dont lie to him, in anime and manga falling in love with someones drool is like second nature too us, its another additive to the person you know how people prefer a girl with blond hair or a girl with brown hair, or a tsundere or a stoic character theirs always one who falls in love with the other person drool

Was a manga first. But I don't this is very common. At least as far as I'm concerned because I really like the series and if there were similar I would watch.
