I need a very basic program that can right click and then left click. That's all it needs to do. I need it to do this every millisecond (A key to stop the tool would be great too.)

Is this for minecraft or something? And do you have a Razer Naga? If so you can just make a macro.

I have a razer naga molten. No idea how to make macros though.
