This whole thread is painful. It's physically painful. I think the worst part is that OP is saying that his school administrators don't know anything, and yet he's the one who's downloading skiddy programs. OP: Do you even know what the program is doing? I don't mean "it shuts off network herp derp", I mean explain what the actual program process is that can shut off the wifi. And in response to you saying your admins are shit: Have you taken into account they know more than you about networking? Have you thought about their actual job? They've set up the entire school network and you've done nothing.

Why shut down the school's wifi? What's the point, unless you wrote the program yourself?

Well children, since you asked so nicely (or rather didn't ask) I'll post a tut later on about hacking with a tablet running backtrack and we can play WiFi chaos for you people that need something more then a one button push to feel like you're an asshole.
