The enter ahref, when it goes to #logo, you can scroll up and its there. How do I hide it after you click the ahref?

What you could do is put blog and store page in a hidden div and have it toggle visibility

Yeah using hidden diffs should work well for what youa re tyring to do. using jquery should provide a faster approach though. and some css magic
