i contacted the innohosting they are providing confusing informations. is there any expert can suggest me or link me a tutorial how can i do it??

What exactly are you trying to do? Transfer the domain (usually no real need) or switch hosting providers to innohosting.
Either way these are both basic and relatively simple tasks

You simply need to change the nameservers on your registrar (goDaddy, DynaDot, etc.) to point to innohosting. If you're having trouble figuring out how to do it, PM me I'll be glad to help.
