Ways to infect computer with keylogger? [HELP] - Vekman - Feb 16, 2014 Hello, I wrote a keylogger in C++. To run it I need the exe and three DLLs (they need to be in the same folder). I wrote a .bat to copy the files into the victim system, make a shortcut to the startup menu and execute the program. It works perfect, the only thing is I that need to have physical access to the computer. I need to make it look like its an innocent file so I can infect systems from a distance. I thought a good way would be to execute the .exe/.bat when a .jpg or .rar is opened. I know its possible but I haven't found anything. Is there a way to execute an .exe/.bat when you open a .jpg or a .rar? Extension spoofing was another option but I have the DLLs and the .exes, if it was only the exe there would be no problem. I researched if I could make the libraries static (join them with the .exe) but I cant since I'm using cygwin and its forbidden in the license or some shit, you litterally cant. So, any ideas on how to approach this? EDIT: Checking on the forum I saw about the file binders (like weekend binder), but when I download them the antivirus pops up. I know that sometimes you have to disable it but I still don't trust, whats your opinion/what do you suggest? * - Moon Rock - Feb 16, 2014 Hmm never used cygwin, what do you mean their's more than 1 file? You have to run all of them right after eachother? or what do you mean? * - Vekman - Feb 16, 2014 I mean that the .exe needs to use some .DLLs, so that if I want to infect the program I need to copy the DLLs as well as the .exe * - Moon Rock - Feb 16, 2014 (Feb 16, 2014 12:49 PM)Vekman Wrote: I mean that the .exe needs to use some .DLLs, so that if I want to infect the program I need to copy the DLLs as well as the .exe Ahh I see, go to start then search up "iexpress" then create a installer that will download and extract the exe with the dll's. Claim it's a game or something that's belivable. Good Luck * - Vekman - Feb 22, 2014 Hey! thankyou for your answer, I have been testing iexpress and it does look like a powerful tool, unfortunately it presents me some problems when running the installer (I targeted a .bat file to be the one that runs with the installation) and says Access Denied and won't do anything. I have thought of making an .exe that executes the bat, and make that exe the one that the installer runs, but I'm not sure if that would make any difference. Any ideas? * - Imperishable - Feb 23, 2014 Well, if you need an undetectable binder, you can use mine. Here is the thread link: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4076204 Let me know if you need it * - Vekman - Feb 24, 2014 Hey thankyou! I'll check it out, I was looking for one but gave up because none were reliable EDIT: I'm trying to access that thread but I get the next error: You do not have permission to access this page. It says the same thing when I try to change my avatar * - batshitinsane - Feb 26, 2014 Its impossible to execute an exe. file through an jpg file or something unless you have a hell of an exploit but if I were you I would not focus to much on that. I'd rather just spoof the extension and add a jpg Icon to your file. However if you demand that there is absolutely no exe file contained there is a solution. You'd have to rename the exe file to .jpg (making it usesless at first). Then create a shortcut, go to its properties and replace the target to the cmd file in the system32 map. below 'target' (in properties of the shortcut) you can write some cmd codes. I have this code on another laptop but basically it would mean this : Rename jpg file to exe ---> Run the particular exe file ---> rename it back to jpg so the victim wont notice anything. Problem is the commands only work when both the jpg/exe file and shortcut are in the same map. Solution will be to put the exe/jpg and shortcut into a rar, making your victim extract the files (which place them in the same map) and run the shortcut. GL and PM me if you need help |
