Explained: Jays Booter, LOIC/HOIC, Free Booters And DoS/DDoS! (Re-uploaded) - Sir Michal - Feb 20, 2014

Hey guys I have decided to re-make my old thread about these things because it had a few grammar mistakes and minor issues, since that thread went quiet popular getting 5 stars and very nice comments, I have came to a decision to re-copy that thread in a little more detail and better grammar, Enjoy!!!

Here's an Detailed explanation on: Jays booter, LOIC/HOIC, Free booters and DoS/DDoS attacks.

Jays Booter
------
Doesn't work (Anymore), Because:
Shells have expired a very long time ago, Jays Booter used to work until shells were being abused by people. So don't you think even if you use Jays Booter and it says "Attack sent" it will 100% not work until Jay makes another version of Jays booter.

LOIC/HOIC
------
Waste of time, why?
It works as a Denile of Service attack based on your own connection
It doesn't matter if your internet connection is 100mb fast because LOIC/HOIC uses only about 10% of it to keep your connection alive, But don't be fooled, if you run more than 3-4 LOICS/HOICS on your own connection you will loose your internet!
And also that it's very dangerous using your own connection to send a attack because you can get tracked amazingly easy! Example: Lets say I will throw a Potato at someone, They will obviously see who it is just like with Dos, But there is a few ways of them not to know who threw it. I will explain 1, If you buy a Server to DoS with, and send a attack, the victim can see who is causing the DoS attack, So you will have to Spoof the Server, another potato example: So last time when you threw a potato at someone they knew who it was, So this time wear a mask with someone else's Face on it, and they wont know who it was! Just like with spoofing you server!, But watch out you cant spoof your own IP address!, I mean you could wear a VPN but that's not really Spoofing.

Free Booter's
------
Don't bother, Just buy 1, why?
Well because you cant just expect someone to provide you free Ddos/Dos service attacks, I bet your saying "Hey! There has to be someone! that does!" Yes you are right, there's a few people that provide some over used 10mb/ps Free booters, Here heres one of them-

What is DoS and DDoS?
------
Ok well lets start of with DoS, DoS is a 1 way Denial of Service, Well what do I mean 1 way? I mean 1 DoS source that provides the Packets, Just like LOIC, It uses 1 Connection/Server/Shell/slave, It uses 1 Denial of service provider. Now off too DDoS, a DDoS attack is very similar to a Dos attack but it has more than 1 DDoS provider, A good example is LOIC, If you run LOIC on your Connection it's a Dos, "1 way attack" But if you run 2 LOIC's on 2 Different connections like 1 at your friends house and yours which makes it a DDoS attack since it has 2 Connections flooding your victims IP address which is no longer a "1 way denial of service" It's now a "2 way denial of service" And it gets higher and higher, more DDoS providers the bigger attack.

Alright guys hope you enjoyed my new thread, if an admin sees this then I don't mind if you could delete the old thread.
Also if you could just show some support by letting me know if the thread was improved or keeping this thread alive!

Thanks and please rate 5 Stars like the other thread has so that people can see this!

Good thread, explained those booters well.
Can help those who never heard of booters.

* - Deiter - Feb 20, 2014

Nice explanation. This should be a mandatory read for beginners before even thinking about DDoSing.

* - ๖ۣۜDødgygeez - Feb 20, 2014

Great explanation. Every newbie should read this before considering DDoSing, would've helped me a few years back when I though I had a great chance of knocking down connections with LOIC and Jay's Booter; although I now know a few of my (broken) booters were backdoored -_-
Unfortunately there are still a few grammatical issues but overall a decent and helpful explanation, OP.

I have a free booter that isn't a DOS program. Not all of them are bad.

Explained a lot for me, thank you for this HQ shit ;)

Yes I have re-uploaded a much better and a little more detailed version,
I can't delete the old one so yea, let's see if a admin deletes it :)

Very well explained and written my friend. Wish ALL the beginners can read threads like yours. It get's annoying when all you see is threads that ask "GOOD FREE BOOTERS/DOS/DDOS?" when clearly there is none.
