iTunes won't synchronise songs to iPod Touch/iPhone - Aura - Feb 27, 2014

Hey guys, Aura here with another question, this time the issue is with my iTunes.

Okay so recently, I added new songs to my iTunes and hoped to synchronise them on my iPod Touch and my girlfriend's iPhone 4, like I do all the time. Except that now, when I synchronise, the songs doesn't get added, and I have no idea why. They just don't appear in my music, and I have no idea why. I tried to synchronise with the "Only synchronise checked songs and videos" option ON and OFF, still didn't change anything.

When I add a song, I download it using YoutubeToMP3.org, then I move it from my Downloads folder to my iPod Music folder and open the file in iTunes. I then change the informations so the title and the artist are shown in the right column and I sync. I've been doing this for AGES now and it always worked. I have no idea why it doesn't work now.

More information if it helps :
  • iPod Touch 4th Gen. running iOS 6.1.6;

  • iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.6;

  • Running Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bits;

  • iTunes version 11.1.3.8, there's an update available to 11.5.5 (I think) but I haven't updated it yet;

If you need any more information, let me know.

PS : Both of the devices are not jailbroke.

I recently had that problem, i solved it by removing all the songs from the phone and then resyncing

Is 'Manually manage music' on? If not, enable it.

How would I go about doing that ? Delete all my music for iTunes, sync with my iPod Touch, add all the music back in iTunes and re-sync ?

Where would I find such an option ? I'll probably find it in a few minutes.
Edit : Okay so it wasn't checked, I checked it on and re-synch'd, but it didn't work.
Edit2 : Fixed, I actually unchecked the "Manually manage music" option and it worked. I don't know why it wasn't working before even if it was unchecked.
