Hello guys and girls :-)
So.. the problem is:
I've MSI Mobo and there is a nice option to protect ur PC by USB.
It's working like password but on usb so u can't boot windows with out it. (Can't even run bios).
Mobo is taking USB Serial number and putting it deep somewhere. (U can't disable it by reseting cmos)
It's working really nice but I need to have 2 USB-Keys like that for my brother. But it's obvious I dont have 2 USB's with same serial numbers :p. Could I change serial number of usb? Or somehow make it all works? Thanks for reply. Sorry for grammar :)

Well, if you were to change the serial number of the USB Flash Drive that works on computer 1 so it works on computer 2, would it still works on computer 1 ? I don't think so.
