No one will spoonfeed you earn that much and for 40$ month. By looking at your post, you also need short method and lazy to work. I highly doubt you would be able to make that money. Its not that easy. Learn by yourself and try to improvise. Dont expect easy money. It needs hard work.
I think you should start exploring CPA/PPD networks. That might be your best shot but remember it needs work to be put in. If you do well, you might earn way much more than that.

Cashle might make you a couple bucks. Other than that look into something that involves time and effort and don't ever buy an ebook
