Make sure you're using "User1" as the username instead of "user1"
^Uppercase works, lowercase does not.

I'm having the same problem. It says "The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required."

It's a shell booter...you upload your own private shells to give it power. The ones that come with it are saturated.
