I purchased it using paypal and when I login to the site it says I need an Active Subscription to view the full website.

Do they have a support system? Such as a support ticket option? Contact the owner of the booter using that, some payments can take awhile to process.

Not that I can see on the site. All they have is a 'leave a message' system, but I never get a response.

I don't think darkbooters are even working. The owner stopped paying for servers, I recommend you getting vdos, they're a good booter.
