Best Buy has a promotion going that's supposed to go through their app, but apparently works by just using the links. Some have reported that didn't have to verify anything and were able to sign up.
Please post if these don't work for any reason.

You do need a card to subscribe, but can cancel before the trial is over to avoid any charges.

Yep Spotify works hulu plus redirects to a page saying you only get one week.

You just need to go to bestbuymobile yourself and click it. Worked for me now.

Could be US. It's for 2 months each according to their site.
I haven't used it myself as I have Netflix and Pandora.

This works still but you get 1 month of spotify which is still great imo.
