new here and all tried to read the tos but not sure if i saw this anywhere but would it be fine to sell a en se' ebook on how to get any single item off a website and double your money bak and keep the item?

You're allowed to sell eBooks, but Social Engineering discussion falls in the category of Disallowed Blackhat Activity, so I'd say no.
