Are we permitted to give out Netflix accounts? - Schultz - Mar 27, 2014
I'm curious. Under the policy of disallowed blackhat activity it states that you cannot give out or sell any accounts that do not belong to you - furthermore, are we allowed to give out Netflix accounts as prizes (not selling)?
Thank you.

No, you cannot.
Quote:9. You cannot giveaway Non-Free Accounts (i.e. Netflix, Hulu+, Steam).
It's a section rule, but applied everywhere else.

You can't give them away but you can sell them. So technically you could sell them for 1 cent.
