I can't install a RAT on my PC, so I'm wondering if I can set up a RAT on a windows dedicated server.
Also is there any RAT that work without port forwarding? A RAT that's working with php, or something like that.

What do you mean can't install a rat to your PC? like the actual rat to make servers or an actual server?
also there are a few RAT's that use HTTP but why go through the FTP troubles when for the same trouble you can use cynthia and make a botnet

You can create a botnet which is web based. Solar bot or andromeda cracked are good free ones.
