Personally, i think the Omnicoin logo is too plain and simple. It doesn't really have a sort of 'glow' about it like the Litecoin and Bitcoin awards do. I was looking forward to purchasing the award but now i'm not quite sure if i want it anymore because it looks to plain and boring next to my other awards (many people have the same opinion).
My suggestion: I think we should try and make the logo/award stand out more. Maybe add a glow effect or a shine or something to the outside/circumference of the logo to make it more attractive.

So submit your designs on this thread and the community can decide which one we like best.
- If you want to have a go at this, please don't change the actual design of the logo (as Omni will definitely not consider it) but instead make it stand out more and make it look more attractive, appealing and alluring :)

Yes i know many people have suggested it so i decided to make a thread about it. A white or gold effect would work nice.

It is. It looks sort of dull. I think it should have sort of a glossy effect.

I'm sure Omni will close this thread just like the otherd. He was the one who decided which logo we should have. His coin his decisions. We had a lot of design threads, but they were all closed.

Yeah i thought he might. But wouldn't it be nice if the community could decide on some things? Besides, if we all agree on a award design/logo that we like then it will make him more money because more people will buy it..

I don't think his primary goal with OMC was for financial gain.

I really REALLY doubt anyone would say "Oh the award looks like shit so I won't buy it". He will not make "money" from getting Omnicoins. Omnicoins is worth something on HF and that's it. Who is he going to sell it to? People from Bitcointalk where nobody knows Omnicoin? No.
Omni already decided on the design. We had a lot of threads open a few weeks ago, but they either got closed or deleted because Omni already decided which design we go with.
