Can we please all charge a bullshit fee for paypal to eradicate the bullshit? - Alex™ - Apr 13, 2014

So, I've started charging a 25% "bullshit fee" to account for all the scamming as well as holding it for 48 hours. This has worked great for me so far.

Don't you guys think paypal would be used a lot less if like 80% of products did this?

It's basically win/win, exchangers get more business, you get more money for dealing with the bullshit and you get more people paying via an alternative currency like BTC/PM/LTC ect.

What do you guys think?

I think the 48-hour holding period is a great idea; but to me the 25% fee sounds like a big scam.

Well, when a product is autobuy you can sure as he'll bet I wont be buying the product if I need it instantly, hence autobuy.

How is it a win win?

Lol...no. Chances are you will probably get less sales because people don't want to deal with this BS and will look elsewhere.

HAHAHAHA I just reread the thread. Ironic fee name. "No bullshit fee". Pretty bullshit too.

* - Cancеr - Apr 13, 2014

I agree with this post, although if you used various payment processors such as 2Checkout I doubt you'd get scammed as much.

I have found no change in sales. (might be because I actively sell the only product of this type on hf atm)

@ the other kids post: I'm sorry, I can't understand what you're trying to say; dunno where you got the words "no bullshit fee" and "autobuy" from.

I don't think I do. What made you assume I was talking about my JDB?

Who's the one looking pretty retarded now?

Perfect approach, i like the 2 days holding time and the extra fees, if everyone would be doing it, the internet would be a better place.

That said i didn't have many paypal problems myself in last 2 years, but already had a banned account for lifetime, bogus disputes, chargebacks and you know the rest. So all power to you with those measurements.

I don't think working with such a fee would be wise. The holding time however; what made you think that is innovative? Everyone should've done that from the start. That's what I do at least.

And it doesn't matter what you try, eventually you will still get some skid paying with a stolen PayPal and having success at it.

Why not? Nothing, I just included what I do. Yeah. The idea is to get the fee to cover the retards that do this.
