What is the ddosDev NTP Scanner?
The official ddosDev NTP Scanner is an automated tool designed to fingerprint IP address ranges for over-sized responses using CVE-2013-5211 and log these IP addresses, filtering their response sizes and generating extremely powerful amp lists for use with the official ddosDev NTP attack script.
