Graphics care becoming worse - Sparkfear - Apr 27, 2014
Hey, (Yes I noticed the spelling fail, should be card * )
Lately I've been noticing my FPS becoming lower.
For example I play Leauge Of Legends and I used to play on my regular resolution (1920x1080) but that become so shitty it forced me to play on the lowest of the lowest, from which I downloaded a config file. After that my FPS stayed most of the time on 120 so I was happy about that. Not long ago it decreased to 60, of course you think that's not bad? Well when in-game it gets heavier it decreases quickly so I experience fps lagg.
My graphics card: Nvidia 9500GT
Also, yes it is updated.

The game isn't just reliant on your gfx card, you also have to realize that your CPU comes into the picture.
Check your heat levels, is your CPU getting too hot? That would cause it to under-perform.

The FPS has slightly increased but it still bounces around but the increase is really good though. I just wonder if my graphics card is just getting too old.

Your card should be fine, I have another pc laying around with a 9800gt that is still running strong.
Clear out the dust on the heat sink, scan for virus and defrag your hard drive and close any unnecessary programs.
