These ones are officially released by the creators of the anime, that's why I'm posting them.
They also behave differently than most Shimejis.

Run the executable for which characters you want on your desktop from the Characters folder.
If you run the MascotSOS inside the Table folder it will spawn the table and all of the characters to sit at it.

But I fucked up at some point. I clicked too much on Yuki, there was this halo of light and she transformed into that shy Yuki like in the movie

That is insanely cool. I had no idea that happens.
I found the way to change her back:

Another way of resetting her, and any other characters back to the old mode is to press Windowskey+R
Type in "appdata" and hit enter. Go to your roaming folder and delete MascotYuki, MascotHaruhi, MascotSOS, ect. folders.

I found out another fun way.
Do the yuki thing with only Haruhi with her, haruhi will transform into movie haruhi, now run MascotSOS.exe, and drag Haruhi to it, put her on the computer, now open MascotHaruhi, and voila, she's back to normal
