I was going to suggest automatic moderation and then a filtering suggestion but before I even suggest these or elaborate on what I mean I am wondering if these would actually already fool under a rule or site restriction suggestion already denied.

Certain words and other things do get filtered if you attempt to say/use them.
Don't remember what they are, but their is something in place.

I was wondering about stuff that Omni deems LQ being filtered out too. But then again there's the amount of resources that might get used.

There are already filters in place that replace some keywords that Omni deemed as causing too much spam.
