Shitty Survey Locker - Tostig - May 17, 2014

Don't learn from this source, it is terribly coded, but it can be tweaked and made into an OK locker.

Your locker will crash if not run as admin. Due to permission errors.

This is unnecessary, Don't repeat yourself. Write all the bytes at the same time.
