Take a look at that thread. OP went to bed and the last person to write on his thread wins the contest.
Is that allowed? I haven't been able to find any proof that is not, but it should not be allowed.

As for the answer to this thread, this is allowed because it is a content. However, there needs to be a better understanding of the end date for the winner. He will be told and he will learn from his mistakes.
They are making the thread into a lounge. It would be better to disallow these threads completely so we can stop these low quality posters from posting there.
