Need Some Heavy CnC | Thread Design In Progress - Hibari - May 25, 2014 Wanted to start a shop earlier on, but I took the wrong approach by not taking time to put thought into my own work and presentation. I didn't have a portfolio at the time I made the thread for my shop so I am trying to make one that's appealing to all. I was told my thread designs needed to have a more professional look in order for me to sell my product ( Designs ) better so I went back and tried to work on that aspect. I believe my thread design looks professional for the most part but I have a dilemma. I know what I should write but I don't know how I should present it/ or what font I should use inside of the boxes. Can experienced artist please give there comments/feedback. It would be greatly appreciated. I've seemed to hit a designers block, I want to avoid totally scrapping this project and starting over. * - Minimalistic - May 25, 2014 Okay, it here is my CnC I think the break lines you added between each section was poorly handled and looks very LQ. Each section is just a green box with the opacity lowered. Overall it is just way too basic even for a WIP you have to drastically alter this now or the final result will be LQ. Work on the background using just one thing the whole way down the piece does nothing to catch the viewers eye. Also work on making yourself a nice logo and not make 3D text at the header it will make people think the shop is LQ. More or less you have a lot of work to do. I do support the fact you wanted CnC and not a rate. Please if I could further assist you let me know. - Minimalistic * - KongenT - May 25, 2014 I like the style but maybe do something about those Separator lines, they look dull. Maybe give them some shine effect and make them a bit thiner and longer. The style is not to bad otherwise. * - Hotwings - May 25, 2014 I personally think it looks pretty good. But there is a lot going on. I'm more of a fan of minimalism in designs. Maybe something to think about. Good luck. * - iMythik - May 25, 2014 Waaay to much bokeh. Make the boxes over it, so they don't go into the text. The 3D effect at the top is bad, and a bad title. The lines in between are bad and low quality. * - Hibari - May 25, 2014 The text there is just for watermark purposes lol do your best to ignore it.
