What's the rule about people asking to DDoS someone, and posting their IP Address.
What, if anything do I do/report this for, and is this against the rules?

It's against the rules.
Just report it as "Flame, Threat, Harassment"

As long as it is in the "Requests for Hacking" section it's allright. If not, report it as "Wrong section" !

I don't know if it's allowed, due to people could request to boot other members.

That's exactly what I was thinking, and wouldn't posting an IP be considered a DOX, sort of, which is against the rules?

Well it's personal information and pretty skiddy, I am highly sure this isn't allowed since I don't see it a lot.

Technically it goes into hacking requests, but in the case of a user, then it is against the rules, so it is pretty confusing..

Posting personal IPs is disallowed.
