So I just sent the OMC to the address of Omniscient via CoinPayments. Now, after it is confirmed and all, what do I have to do? How does Omniscient know who sent it and put into 3p1c?

The link you clicked on to send the omc is your referral link, so he will see your uid.

The 3p1c upgrade is automatic.

Yeah I used the go3p1c.php page.

If its automatic why have I not received it yet? Because of "waiting for my funds?"

You have to wait for the OMC to be confirmed by peers. It could take a few hours if the network is running slow.

Yes.

It needs 6/6 confirmations before you receive the upgrade.

You need to wait till 10 or so confirmations, then it will automatically be applied to your account.
