Good evening
I am new to this forum but I have already saw a lot of interesting things about Hacking.
My problem is that I am a Neophyte and I haven't any knowledge about hacking.... only the ping with Dos and send a lot of bytes for block a webpage....(saw on you tube)

I am here for asking you: how may I have to begin to move my first steps for being an Hacker......

Hey.
You should start looking around in beginner hacking, try somethings out, see what fits your likings.
I recommend you to learn a programming language, or start to RAT or keylogg. (But dont use it to harm other people.)
Just to experience how it works.

And you can PM me if you have any questions about flooding a webpage. Or something related.

Sup! Just letting you know, you can not do anything with the command prompt. Those videos are all fake and made by little kids. Learn a programming language to start being a hacker. I also suggest paying for classes in ethical hacking at your local college.

Well for starters,
if you want to be as good of a hacker as the ub3rs on this forum, go to cmd prompt and type in this command -

Code 
ping fbi.gov

And after that's finished, do this command -

Code 
ping cia.gov

This will definitely help you when becoming a hacker.

Start learning programing like Python Java etc.
Buy a book or look for some free programing ebooks or codeacademy is great for some people.
Read some tutorials and try out some things learning by doing.
I'm shure your going to met a few peoples who can teach you some things and later you can teach this things to other people.
