It appears safe. At least the installation. Some of the programs that it installs might come up as malware, but that's usually because anti-virus software doesn't like "packed" files. This is a good collection, but it appears to be a little dated. I looked through Google and I worried when I saw the year 2008. Anyway, the list is good. Start with it, find downloads of the latest version of each. In fact, even if it does contain old versions, those old versions were new at some point in time.

One of the best collections of tools I've seen too date. Excellent post & content is clean, I tested with sandboxie and ran multiple scans on each application. Kudos on the tree organizational system you've setup upon installation, appreciate the share mate.
