The contest might be over, but you can still enjoy the puzzle!

Please note that this puzzle was not meant to be easy. I didn't use my full potential on creating this, but it's meant to be difficult, yet solvable by the right minds.

You'll have to use your intellect quite a bit. You may find yourself pondering upon a step for quite a while.

You make work on this as a team or independently.

So how do you start this puzzle? Use your brain. It's somewhere on this page.
