You forgot to include much important information such as what language it's programmed in, what dependencies are contained inside the binary and also your features are very uninformative and should require a description of sorts.

It is coded in vb.net and about the features ...
It is just a survey locker cant tell many features
It has anti task mananger and msconfig features but nothing else

What about cmd and regedit? There are many more ways it can be killed rather than just taskmanager and msconfig.
