Cyber Saint - 1337 Posts Feedback - Cyber Saint - Jun 8, 2014

Greetings,

I know 1337 posts is not a lot for many of you, but I decided a while back that I would do a feedback thread when I got to this post count. When I reach a much higher amount of posts in the future, I will do another feedback thread, but for now this is what I am going to do. To start off, I'd like to thank everyone on this forum for being a part of it and keeping it alive, it gives me -
  • Something to do

  • People to help

  • A place to discuss computing and other technologies

  • A place to have a fun discussion.

  • A place to make new friends.

I always think about if there was no member on Hack Forums, there wouldn't really be a Hack Forums. Computing is a passion of mine and Hack Forums gives me a place to express it. For those who don't know me, I will let you know a little bit of information about me before I go into a detailed feedback mode, so here it goes.

My name is Cyber Saint. I am a teenager with a passion for computing since I was very young. I found out about this forum with the intents of discussing programming and other computing related discussion such as Android and Android development back in January. While I haven't been here a very long time, I have helped many members and I am proud to be a member of this community. I plan on staying on this forum as long as possible and help and contribute and dedicate as much as I can to Hack Forums. I have been busy with exams recently, and that is why I haven't been posting as much as I did when I first joined, but starting June 28th, I will be as active as can be. I am a C#, C++, Python and PHP programmer and I have a passion for said languages. VB.NET was one of my first but I no longer work with it as I have learned others that I have better uses for.

Now, I'm going to give some shout outs before finally getting with some feedback -
  • primetybg - I wouldn't say we are friends as we have never talked, even though I'd like to. You are an Android genius and I am glad you are active in the Android area like I am.

  • DeadPool - You're a good friend of mine that makes some great GFX.

  • Suffixed - I always had faith, and look where you are now.

  • Bobby Orr - You basically got me to commit to Hack Forums. When you upgraded me to L33T I had a sudden spark to become even more dedicated to the forum, and then I purchased 3P1C with some OMC as well as Ub3r just a few weeks ago when I was approved.

  • Bandors - For adding me into my first group. You're a funny guy and I love the no fucks given attitude you have, especially in Skype calls. <3

  • Aura - You're literally the guy I look up to. Told me about GeeksToGo training, and I applied so I can learn more about malware removal and keeping computers secure. I will keep learning, you're an inspiration that excites, Yoan.

  • Matt / Cranky - We had a rough patch, especially when I insulted your eBook, but we're cool now.

  • Krew - Friendly and hilarious guy.

  • Moon - Co-Owner of my unofficial group, and a great friend to talk to when I'm bored at school.

  • Boom - You're a good guy.

  • Pyrion Flax - We are good friends, I could go on in great detail, but you already know what I think of you.

  • RedSpyGentleman - Great member.

  • Everyone else on HF - You all are great. Stick with HF.

Now, I'm going to give my feedback on the staff and administrators here on Hack Forums. I've seen RDCA around enough to give him some feedback. As for Viral Dragon, I think you're a great guy - but I don't know a whole lot about you to give you a feedback, you're doing a great job - so keep that in mind if you ever read this.
  • Omniscient - Always great for helping me with anything from an upgrade issue or a donation, friendly as well. You run a great website and I'm proud to be a member of it.

  • Factor8 - You're mysterious to me but you seem to know what you are doing.

  • Xch4ng3 - Haven't seen much of you, but I've read through some of your older posts and you seem to be extremely helpful around the forums.

  • Pardoxum - Aside from you being a staff member, you contribute some great things, notably to the MRT area by helping people. Keep it up <3

  • RDCA - When you were a member, you CONSTANTLY helped me and I thank you for that. If you continue to be staff, I know you will do a great job.

  • Judge Dredd - Owner of from what looks to be a great group and does some cool things aside from being a staff member.

Feedback on the overall forum:

In my opinion, Hack Forums is full of a large variety of different people. Programmers, hackers, white hats, marketers, loungers, and pretty much everything in between. Hack Forums is a place for everyone to come to and enjoy and discuss whatever they'd like. I personally enjoy computing related sections as well as helping out in Beginner Hacking from time to time. Posting in the lounge is common for me too, simply because I like contributing to the discussion there. Android is another place I love posting, as well as the iOS sub forum more and more each day. Computers are a passion of mine and that is why I love expressing it on Hack Forums. The overall forum is great and I feel like it is very well managed every time I visit the website. I haven't found another place on the internet that I enjoy as much as I enjoy Hack Forums. I know I will not be here forever, but I plan on being here as long as I can. The forum has its ups and downs with the members like every forum, but we always seem to sail through it and stand strong as a forum. So many people to make friends with here as well as some reasonable members and marketers.

My favorite sub-forums/forums/areas -
  • White Hat Help

  • Android

  • iOS

  • Windows

  • The Lounge

  • OmniCoin (I wanna post there more)

  • Helping people in the Rules, Announcements, Suggestions and Feedback (Probably didn't use the correct title)

Thank you all.

Why not be the first? If you do, I'll be sure to pay your feedback thread a visit and get my friends to do so as well.

I'll consider doing this tomorrow. Didn't really think about making it look pretty when I was writing it.
