Bought his API, hoping for the advertised power, is down 90% of the time, and when its up, it gets a fraction of what was promised. Promises 10Gbps TN+, we got like 80Mbps with 1 attack running, even if its a shared node, this is fucking ridiculous.

Just like the other scam report above, all he does is make excuses about "packet filtering" and how its not his fault....Whatever. I was patient for way to long.

How can I charge it back if he sent it as an invoice and would I even win the dispute?

I've only talked to him 3 times before man.
I guess I'll just wait and if he doesn't give me a refund or something then I'll attempt to charge back the payment. I'll give him until the 15th which is when he said he is coming back.
