How much does a Website cost?.. - Hi Im Shawn - Jun 14, 2014 Hello, i'm looking to see how much a website related to League of Legends skins is going to cost?.. I am trying to maximize profits and pay off some debt. I think a website can generate enough revenue for me to overcome this. So how much would it cost?..
Are some of the things I am looking for. But yeah anyone who runs a site, please give me some insight on how much this would cost?.. If you are wondering I will be starting up a website in which sells League of Legends Accounts (fresh), Riot Points in three packages, and League of Legends Skin Codes. So yeah something similar like AceSkins or something would be a good example of a website. Pointers / Tips would also be nice. * - ๖ۣۜMrRoot - Jun 14, 2014 Graphics: You can ask a friend or something or find a source, I use other sources :) SEO: Mostly alot, idk how they do it Site/security: Domain + hosting, I know something that offers both for only $0.5 and security, use cloudflare, free! Advertisement: idk man :) * - Razοr - Jun 14, 2014 Graphics: Depends on the quality, somewhere between $25-$25,000. SEO Same as above - there more you invest, the better the results will be. Bad SEO services also can be counterproductive. Site management / security If you don't know how to secure the server go with shared hosting. Pentesting of your service will cost around $100 if the website isn't too big. Advertisements (can vary) Don't get cheap here. Advertising is required to get your page running. Start with calculating with $100 and go sure to invest your first earnings in advertising again. Actually invest all your first earnings in improving your website. The better the performance, security and advertising (and also SEO) the more you will earn in the end. * - Cole - Jun 15, 2014 I can set you up a website easily if we become partners. * - Lukas - Jun 16, 2014 Graphics: If you use someone like myself or others that are good at what I do that aren't professionals, maybe $30-$50. If you use a professional to make what you want without a doubt it will be at least $300+ It really just depends on what you want. SEO: If you have a good amount of money, $750-$1,500 a month. If you don't keep it at $100 a month. Site management / security: No more than $250. Advertisements (can vary): At least $200 on advertisements. * - King - Jun 16, 2014 (Jun 14, 2014 07:01 AM)CallofCyandic Wrote: Graphics: You can ask a friend or something or find a source, I use other sources :) The worst bit of advice I have ever seen. The first thing to think about is how much are you expecting to make. If you are expecting to make $100 /year then there is no point in investing $200 /month on SEO. For a website design I usually go by $200 per page design on non-company standard sites. So if you have 5 pages, but your index is the only page that is different to the others then you are going to be looking at around $400 - This should include the coding of the site aswell. With SEO you have to think of what you want to achieve then base your budget around that. You are most likely going to have to do some of the SEO work yourself if it a small revenue site. However don't let your budget get in the way of initial SEO. Hire a professional web developer for the coding/designing of your site as the SEO that is done within the site is the most important. If you are getting 10,000 backlinks to your site but you don't have any meta tags, proper keyword density etc. then you are going to be wasting your money. With domains etc just go simple, get to 123-reg or someone similar then go to a well known hosting provider. Advertisement, again this depends on what your plan is. Adwords is a great advertising tool however if you are only really looking for 5 "conversions" per month then there are going to be quicker and cheaper ways. Anything else, shoot me a PM * - Orgy - Jun 16, 2014 (Jun 16, 2014 10:05 AM)King Wrote: The worst bit of advice I have ever seen. This right here is a pretty good evaluation. * - Sky - Jun 16, 2014 You're looking at a few thousand for a decent site, if you're wanting it coding from scratch with your own custom graphics, good security & DDoS protection etc. ~Arcane 🤝 * - Ifinger - Jun 16, 2014 I am sure you can get SEo on fiverr where everything is 5%! * - ~Tom~ - Jun 16, 2014 (Jun 14, 2014 07:01 AM)CallofCyandic Wrote: Graphics: You can ask a friend or something or find a source, I use other sources :)You're retarded.
