Hello Hackforums,
I recently created this thread, because I needed some graphics for a new project I started. Quiickted was the first one who replied with the following message:

We talked on Skype for a while, and he showed me some of his previous work. We agreed that $55 would be the right price for the two things I needed. "I will create each piece of content you require [...]" he said on Skype. He also said that a maximum of 48 hours was required for this work. Prove that it is him on skype (his skype name matches the one in the HF Private Message) + he has been ignoring me for 3 days now:

I request a full refund of the $55 USD from Quiickted, as he didn't deliver the required work within time. If this hasn't been done I will contact PayPal by phone and chargeback the amount I paid you. I recommend not to deal with Quiickted in the future.

Gotta admit legit scam report OP. Next time never ever! send any payment as a gift no matter who it is
