Problem with purchasing upgrade. - TheJοKer - Jun 21, 2014
Hello guys , i have one problem and i don't know how to resolve it.
So i want to upgrade my account to L33t but when i go to checkout (after putting all my information) i receive a message from paypal that says ''We are sorry but we cannot send your payment return to merchant''
Did any of you faced similar problems?
Is there any way of resolving it?
I am a little bit afraid of getting trouble on my account here on HF its like ordering something and declining it but its not my fault!
P.S Paypal is 100% real with real info.
Also DO NOT offer me to upgrade me.🤝

😏 Literally was just about to say i'll upgrade for you. I don't know, this problems happens with PP from time to time. Try again tomorrow. If it doesn't work, upgrade with BTC or something.

Yeah i know this -Sam- that's why i would like to upgrade myself :).
I will try what you suggested me and i hope it works.

This usually means your payment is being blocked by the internal security system in my experiences (only had it once when I didn't verify my PP at the time). I recommend contacting PayPal via phone or email and let them know and they solved it for me, or you can wait a while, people say they have luck by waiting 48 hours.

Recently got this problem too, just call PP up, if lucky, some PP allow it manually through, if unlucky, they mention the other party got problem contact party concern, blah blah blah, and won't allow it no matter what. It all depend which PP staff answer the phone. I was unlucky 3 days in a row, until one PP staff...

I emailed them each time and got a response within 2 hours, they didn't refuse to fix it, they fixed the entire issue so no payments were being blocked.

That happens when your paypal account is new.Wait 24-48hours and it will be ok

I sent £500 on a new PP in one payment (back when it was unverified, a while ago) and didn't get any issues. It's due to general suspicion or a bad chain of events (as PP told me).
