Don't think that is possible, pretty sure if you DDoS a slave you also lose connection to him, just wait for him to get off his PC for the night.

Yes, for sure.
If you Ddos someone, you cut of his internet. - If you use a booter, the victim does have an INTERNET connection with the booter/with you. So, you'll never be able to get a connection to each other if one of you have no internet connection.

You're able to set a random proxy in Firefox, so if he uses Firefox then he would connect to the random proxy which isn't making connection to the internet.

If you block his internet hes gonna think somethings up and restart his router thus meaning you loose connection... so don't get what your going to get from doing this.

I think you need to create a driver, the driver should replace the network adapter and allow only certain things like your connection with him. Or you could use a firewall to block anything else but your connection.

You could mess with his DNS settings, so he can't go to any website without knowing the IP address.
You could mess with his firewall, so everything is blocked except your RAT.
You could mess with his proxy settings, so every application using the standard proxy settings won't be able to connect.
Etc, etc.
