so i reached my goal of 100k points on superpoints, but i can't redeem any prizes until i upgrade, i'm trying to upgrade but idk how...anybody know how you do so?

Another Question, do u know where you get the Gift cards from there, because i redeemed a Amazon Gift card, but do they send it to the mail or by address, any ideas?

they should email you the redemption code.

If this is the first time you've redeemed Superpoints for a reward it could take a couple of days to verify your mailing address etc. After that, most Rewards are processed within seven business days.

Hmm.. im only Bronze, but i did so automaticly, don't know how u do it manualy, hope u find a way!
