Also, going to be doing a cosplay trio. If anyone has some good ideas, please let me know. Three males, all Filipino, all black hair. Two of us are average height/weight the other is average height and slightly overweight. Any ideas are welcome.

That's pretty impressive how it grew from a few meetups to Florida's largest anime convention.
Is there anyone from the guest list that you are excited to see?

I know right in Puerto Rico we consider 1 hour a long drive and the longest to reach from point to point is 3 hours max.
