[YS] Shattered Text Tut [EASY] - Mannibalector - Jun 30, 2014

Shattered text is simple to do but yet it looks so effective, in the next few steps bellow i will teach you how to create a shattered text effect.

Step one : Input the text you would like to shatter.

Step two : Right click on the text layer and rasterize it.

Step three : Click the Pentool by clicking P on the keyboard.


Step four : Make a selection of where you want the text to shatter.

Step five : On the top bar click "Make selection", make sure it says 0.1 to to make it smoother.

Step six : Click V on the keyboard then use the arrows to move that part of the text either left right up or down.

Step seven : Repeat until happy with outcome.
