I'm not sure if this has been suggested, but I had a look around and couldn't find it anywhere (not officially anyway). Anyway, I'm sure Omniscient has at least pondered over this idea, and I think it's a step we need to take, especially if we want it as the official HF currency (below).

It became apparent we needed an exchange. It's become even more apparent we need a larger exchange.
Anyway, with this being said, I believe we should have an OMC integration system here, either by allowing us too deposit OMC on site or linking it directly with our OMC wallets (Where somehow we need to confirm it by sending say 1 OMC too a setup address).

Another reason this is needed is that it could be used as a scam deterrent, people could easily trade on-site and have evidence, they would know exactly the balance they had too spend. It would also boost OMC activity in the marketplace, as anyone who intends to deal in the marketplace would almost need to have OMC.

Thanks, naturally this would take LOT'S of work; it's not as easy as a javascript edit that I did.
I don't see it being done in a week, but if we got enough backing, I do believe this is possible, one way or another.

What if Omniscient does already have this or something similar in the books? Now wouldn't that be amazing. 🙂 I do remember him saying he wants to cut down on scams. I'm excited for what he has in store and would love for OMC to be integrated into HF as deep as you'd suggest. 🤗

I agree with this suggest, although it has nothing to do with Omni's quote.
He says he wants OMC supported on a larger exchange outside of HF, yet you are suggestion forum integration. These don't go together whatsoever, but I do agree with your suggestion.

I quoted that post because he said he wants it as HFs official currency... not for the rest.

How do you think that showing off your OMC balance will help the rates? Doesn't give you any new features.
This is pointless, although I'd like to see real OMC integration which would help HF.

OMC balance would be for the marketplace, to show people you have it.
