No, they're private and have an IP filter.

Well you can, somewhat, they're private and have an IP filter that applies to all proxies.

We plan to change this up in the future.

Only one connection at a time to the proxies is possible.
So you can share it with one person.

I just saw in the panel what you mean.. well if i have 20 Socks and want to sell each Sock to one people it would be not possible.. since it can always only use one person one socks from me..
Well would be lot better if , i have 20 socks that 20 people can use my socks.. everbody gets his unique socks.

A per-proxy filter is in the plans for a future update.
