How to safely deal with Members in Marketplace!
Before I go any further I just want to tell that there is always a risk of getting scammed (even with some trusted members). The following things will help you but the main thing is having a common sense.

-AMOUNT-

-When making a price for your product that you are selling, the main thing is that you make an appealing price.
By appealing price I mean a decent price that suits your product (ebook, account..).
For example if you set that your products costs $50 or even $100 and after 40-60 minutes you get a Private message from a member that joined this forum few weeks ago with 0-10 rep who wants to buy your method, you are not going first under any case.

-USER-

-As mentioned before, the risk of getting scammed by dealing with a new member is high.
-For new users:
Don't jump right into marketplace after you joined this or any other forum. Gain trust and prove your self that members can deal with you safely.
-For "well" trusted users:
If you are considering going first, always use MM (going to explain that later on this thread). There were also cases that a HQ members got scammed by another well trustworthy member.

-CONCLUSION-
-To those who are new and joined this forum just to sell stuff it can be a real pain knowing that most of members don't trust you but with patience and quality from your side, you can succeed.
From my side of view, I got scammed a few times also (even from close friends of mine), so I'm writing this from my own experience.

Good luck and have a safe deal!

Thread that I have wrote long time ago. Posting so more members can see this.

Always use a Middleman. What if the middleman scams BOTH of you? Hm?

You said to gain trust before using the marketplace if you're a new member. How do you do that if you don't buy or sell on the marketplace to gain reputation and vouches? Do free giveaways? Still, wasting cash of rep is LQ if you get scammed.

Don't go grave digging this if it's not that good tbh.

So in others words this thread says I am trust able with 1k and the other party must go first.

Paragraph "Amount" has nothing to do with safely trading.
In paragraph "User" you didn't explain the MM option, and do we always need an MM for every trade?
In paragraph "Conclusion" you're saying that you got scammed yourself a few times, this makes your way of dealing not promising as apparently you got scammed following your own rules, I suppose.
This thread needs much more effort and explaining, FYI there is already one or more threads about this subject where they go much more into depth.

Some things you can explain; searching UID for scam reports, checking reputation for previous scam attempts/vouches from users, do I go first to user who got all his rep by doing a $.01 giveaway and no other market related reputation, where can I find an MM, somebody added me on Skype who claims to be a HQ member (Ask for PM verification), ...

You could also sum this up in a sentence.

"Use your brain."
