Red user means the darkcomet server on their computer is outdated;they're running an older version of the stub you created on a previous version of darkcomet. When he shows up try to update the server.
The appearing/disappearing could be from poor connection, hopefully it'll stabilize eventually.

If you look close, the ping says '-'. This means it can't ping the slave. (I think)

This is when the user is using an Older or newer version of DC that your DC is not competable, u just make a new stub, crypt it and just update it or execute...

I would suggest uploading a new stub with a botkiller on it just to make sure no one else has this bot.

as he said its because of an older version just scroll to the right to see the column versin and you will see it.

It means you infected the person with an older version of DarkComet and the stub needs to be updated to the newer version of the program.
