I'm looking to start up a forum. What are some ideas you would like to see in a forum? What type of niche?

Yeah, Check out the hosting area on HF and read the ToS I'm sure some of them allow porn but not child porn.

Yeah there are plus you wouldn't be able to advertise or promote a hacking forum (competitor site) here as HF rules forbid it.
