Skyrim (ENB Realistic Mods installed) - Freezes after Starting - Jonesy™ - Jul 29, 2014 Hey, Skyrim worked completely perfect yesterday, today I woke up, started my PC and Skyrim and clicked "Continue". It loads completely normal I can move the Picture that shows up in LoadingScreen and the Quotes that appear at the bottom right side change normally, but the Game never starts. When I look at the Taskmanager it says "No response" coming from my Skyrim Process. Has anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to find a solution that doesn't contain "reinstalling" Skyrim, since installing all the Realistic Mods lasted forever, so I try to use reinstalling Skyrim as the last solution for that problem. Information: Skyrim (STEAM), no DLCs, ENB Realistic Mods installed (everything worked until today), GraphicsCard-Drivers etc. up to date, Skyrim/SkyrimPrefs.ini exist once (no other copies) with proper configuration, AA disabled Cheers, Crow 🤝 * - Aeturnus - Nov 12, 2014 Huh, the best way to use mods(in my opinion) is to just go through the nexus mod manager...It makes the installing much easier...If you are using it though, you may want to try to reinstall the mod and try again..If that doesn't work, you may just want to go with another ENB. Sorry if I was no help. * - DeathDealer_244 - Dec 30, 2014 yeah NMM take your life and make it easier xD when ENB freeze I suggest to uninstall all enb settings/files and try if it freeze again. if it does.....uninstall/reinstall whole skyrim, easier way without NMM * - olann - Jan 2, 2015 I know you do not want to re install but in all actuality that is probably the best solution to the problem. I had the same problem with Fallout New Vegas however it occurred when I was really far in the game. finally I just re installed and did not have any problems after that. Or you could try loading from another save. Best of luck to you. * - lickingthellama - Jan 15, 2015 Check the mod page over and over that you've correctly installed and check comments on the mod page to find a problem similar to yours. * - Wired - Jan 30, 2015 What ENB are you using? I was having issues when using Realvision before. |
